    Adopting the principle of vertical abrasive layer grinding, the material has a short residence time in the mill and reduces repeated grinding. Therefore, the product contains very little iron and the product has high whiteness and purity.The powder content of the finished product with a particle size of less than 2μm can reach 70%,achieving a low residue of 325 mesh, and can increase the secondary powder selection.

    High grinding efficiency

    The main engine speed is controlled by frequency conversion, which is widely used in a variety of materials. The specially designed roll sleeve and liner grinding curve is easier to form the material layer than the ordinary vertical mill, and can be ground to the required product fineness at one time. The mechanical and electronic double limit protection device is adopted to effectively prevent the roller sleeve and the disc liner from directly contacting, thereby avoiding destructive impact and severe vibration.

    Low cost

    Equipped with an automatic control system for remote control and easy operation. Adopting the PLC/DCS automatic control roller pressure control method, the grinding pressure is precisely controlled without manual operation. The grinding roller in operation is not in contact with the grinding disc, and the grinding roller and the lining plate are made of high-quality materials, with less wear and long service life. The grinding roller can be turned over to the outside of the casing for maintenance, and the replacement of the roller sleeve and the lining plate is convenient and quick, and the downtime loss is reduced. The grinding roller is lubricated by a separate lubrication station, and the single grinding roller circuit adopts a dual pump-pumping mode of simultaneous operation, so that the grinding roller bearing is fully lubricated and cooled, and the leakage of the oil in the bearing housing of the grinding roller can be avoided.
     

     

    Working principle

     
    The material falls through the screw feeder in the center of the grinding disc, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grinding disc is driven by the main motor to reduce the material to the uniform movement around the grinding disc. When the material passes through the roller table area on the grinding disc, it is crushed by the grinding roller. The bulk material is directly crushed, and the smaller particles are squeezed to form a bed for pulverization between the particles. After being crushed, the material continues to move toward the edge of the grinding disc, and the airflow entering from the air inlet is brought into the classifier for classification. Under the action of the blade of the classifier, the powder that does not meet the particle size requirements falls into the grinding disc and is reground, reaching the standard The powder is collected by the classifier along with the airflow into the pulse dust collector, and the powder discharged is the finished powder. Impurities such as iron blocks mixed in the material are difficult to grind and have a large gravity. When passing through the edge of the disc, they cannot be carried away by the airflow and fall into the lower chamber of the mill. The scraper is sent to the spit port and discharged to the outside of the main machine.
