Main unit

The temperature of bearing is too high

1. Overloaded

2. Main unit, classifier bearings are not well lubricated.

3. The deflection of rollers, vibration, and abnormal sound occurred.

4. Bearing installation error

1. Reduce feeding amount, keep the input and output be balanced against each other.

2. Fill oil timely.

3. Open the machine to check if rollers and shafts are seriously worn out; replace spare parts according to the situation.

4. Re-install main unit, adjust the bearing gap to ensure proper bearing load.

Processing materials fall out

1. Overfeeding.

2. Input and output quantities are not balanced.

3. Blower current is too low

1. Reduce feeding amount

2. Adjust feeding and classifier, stabilize the current of the blower, balance input and output of processing materials.

3. Check if the pressure of compressor air system is too low, or check if pulse valves stopped working.

4. Check if filter bags stuck, if yes, please clean the filter bags and replace them.

Severe vibration of main unit

1. Foundation not flat; foundation bolts loose.

2. Connection bolts loose

3. Ring and rollers are badly distorted.

4. Processing materials are very hard, no lining.

5. Feeding size is too big.

1. Make foundation flat, Fasten the loose bolts.

2. Fasten the loose bolts.

3. Replace ring and rollers

4. Reduce feeding size of processing materials.

5. Adjust crusher, makes feeding materials smaller.

Nylon stick broken frequently

1. Foundation bolts of motor or reducer loose

2. The reducer shaft pops up and down

1. Correct the coupling concentricity and keep paralleled, fasten the loose bolts.

2. The bearing is worn, replace the bearing, and adjust the gap between wheel gears.

Abnormal sound inside the grinding chamber

1. Crushing components loose

2. Hard materials enter into grinding chamber (such as parts, super hard impurities).

1. Shut down the machine and fasten loose components.

2. Shut down the machine and find out reasons; take out super hard impurities and take preventive measures.
